I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was really close to the airport, making it extremely convenient for my trip. Additionally, I loved how the hotel was right next to the car rental service, saving me time and hassle. The transportation service provided by the hotel was also excellent, with a shuttle arriving on time and a cheerful driver. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, both in the bedrooms and the bathrooms. The towels were plush and absorbed water well. I politely asked the shuttle bus driver to wait while I got my bags from the coach. As it was raining, I hurried back with my luggage, but unfortunately, the driver had already left. Despite this, the shuttle service provided by Novotel London Stansted Airport was generally convenient and reliable. I appreciate their efforts to assist guests in their transportation needs.
